When you choose our fulfillment center to handle your goods, you’ll benefit in the following ways:

• Storage and labor costs are lower when using our local Chinese center in comparison to local fulfillment centers in North America or Europe.
• We can send shipments to several countries, so you don’t need to import your goods to one local distribution center and then dispatch them again to other countries.
• We can provide a comprehensive local procurement service where we handle your Chinese procurement as a local company. This improves trust, payment speeds, and insulates you from being messed around, as your local supplier is dealing with us, another local company, in Chinese, and with an enforceable contract.
• Finally, a section of our warehouses is temperature and humidity-controlled. Sensitive materials such as lithium batteries and other electronic materials are kept between 20 and 27 degrees C. (Highest cost applies when materials need to be controlled this way.)

We send you regular updates and, at a minimum, we keep all the information up to date in an online spreadsheet so you know the status at any time.

If needed, we can implement and give you login access to software that shows at any moment what we have in stock and what we have processed & shipped. Please note, if you already have an IT system to manage this operation, we will be happy to use that instead where possible.

Typically we fulfill orders of 1,000+ pieces, although we’ll always try to be as flexible as possible.

Please note, we do NOT provide fulfillment tasks on the following product types:

• Liquids.
• Food products.
• Dangerous chemicals.
